We can look at most facets of our personal lives as many tiny, individual cycles of life. People, relationships, ideas, creativity, emotions, personal growth, etc. all live in a cycle of life, death and rebirth. This way of thinking and perspective can be extremely beneficial and helpful in the evolution of our own lives.

Seeing everything in a perspective of this transformation helps us to heal, grow, let go and move on and can be applied to virtually any situation or circumstance. In many instances, death, dissolution and endings are absolutely necessary in order to move on to the next phase or stage of life. • Cleanse and purify the space with burning herbs, White Sage Sacred Mist or Purification & Protection Aura Mist.
• Draw a warm bath, safely light candles and incense and play soothing music if you wish.
• Pour  ¼ - ½ bottle of Uncrossing Anointing Oil, Isis & Rebirth Anointing Oil, Letting Go Anointing Oil or an oil of your choice into the bath.
• Sprinkle salt, herbs and flowers into the bath.
• Bathe in your transformative bath with the oils, herbs and salt holding the intention of banishing negative energy, removing blocks and visualizing a clear and open path forward. Release it all into the purifying water.
• Strain any herbs and other materials. You may bury the materials as a symbolic gesture of releasing and banishing the negativity and blocks keeping you from moving forward.
