Reiki is a Japanese healing method that draws from universal healing energy to promote wellness, balance and harmony for the body, mind and spirit. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through each of us and is what keeps us alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

When Kate does the actual marrying (blending) of the pure essential oils, she charges the synergy (blend of oils) with Reiki energy according to the purpose of the product.
