June’s Bastet Perfume Society Litha refers to the Summer Solstice (June 21), the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere when the sun reaches its highest point on the horizon and life-giving lady light shines to her fullest capacity. This midsummer day represents a time of joy, abundance, fulfillment and celebration - all matters much deserved in these heightened times.
Litha, a Celtic word for light, will help ignite your spirit, outshine negativity and instill a sense of pure “jois de vivre” (joy for life!). A lovely bouquet of citrus essential oils are fused to create a base of liquid sunshine; While balsamy, balancing Himalayan Cedarwood, creates a supportive foundation. Then, tender hearted Neroli illuminates this midsummer perfume, while sassy pink pepper gives it a spark of fire. June’s Bastet Perfume Society, Litha, shall bring delight, inspire happiness and instill an ultimate sense of limitless abundance.
